1. General

2. User Registration and account management
2.1 eligibility for registration
2.1.1 users must be at least 13 years of age before they can register to use the application. If the user is under the age of 13, his/her guardian is required to register for him/her and bear the corresponding responsibilities.
2.1.2 users are required to provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration and to ensure the legality of the information. False information may result in invalid registration or suspension or termination of the account.

3. User Behavior Standards
3.1 using this application

3.1.2 users shall not use this app to engage in any act that violates the law, infringes copyright or violates public order and good customs, including but not limited to posting false information, disseminating illegal content, or violating the privacy of others.

3.3.1 users may comment on, like or share videos subject to these regulations and relevant laws and regulations.
3.3.2 user comments shall not contain but be limited to the following:
Insults, libel, threats, or invasions of privacy;
Speech involving terrorism, violence, pornography or racial discrimination;
Speech in violation of laws and regulations or public order and good customs;
Unauthorized commercials or promotional messages.

3.4.1 users shall not engage in the following acts:

4.4 protection of intellectual property rights

4.2.2 users agree to Grant Mitra Video a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license for the storage, dissemination, display and promotion of user-published content to implement the features and services of this application.
4.2.3 users shall ensure that the content they publish does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. In the event of an intellectual property dispute arising out of user-posted content, the user shall bear full responsibility and indemnify Mitra Video for the resulting loss.
5. User responsibilities and obligations

5.1.2 users shall be at their own risk and Mitra Video shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered by users as a result of their use of the application, unless the loss is caused by wilful or gross negligence of Mitra Video.

The rights and duties of Mitra Video
6.1 rights
6.1.1 Mitra Video shall have the right to monitor and manage the behaviour of users in accordance with these regulations and relevant laws and regulations.
6.1.2Mitra Video has the right to take necessary measures against users who violate these regulations, including but not limited to warnings, suspension or termination of accounts, removal of of offending content, etc. .
6.1.3Mitra Video has the right to censor user-posted content to ensure that it is legal.
6.2 obligations
6.2.1Mitra Video has an obligation to provide users with a secure, stable, and efficient service.
6.2.2 Mitra Video has an obligation to protect users' personal information and to comply with a privacy policy.
6.2.3 Mitra Video is obliged to deal with users' complaints and feedback in a timely manner and to safeguard users' legitimate rights and interests.
Liability for breach of contract
7.1 user defaults
7.1.1 Mitra Video has the right to take the following measures in the event that a user contravenes these regulations or relevant laws and regulations:
Issue a warning to users to stop the violation immediately;
Suspends or terminates the user's account, restricts the user to use this application the function;
Removing offending content, including but not limited to videos, comments, etc.
Ask the user to compensate for the loss caused by the breach of contract to Mitra Video;

7.2 Mitra Video违约
7.2.1 Mitra Video shall be liable for any loss caused to the user by its wilful or gross negligence in contravention of these regulations.
8. Dispute settlement
8.1 negotiated settlement
8.1.1 any dispute between a user and Mitra Video arising out of these regulations or the use of this application shall first be settled through friendly negotiations between the parties.
8.2 legal channels
8.2.1 if consultations fail to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit it to the competent court at the location of Mitra Video for settlement by way of litigation.
9. Other articles
9.1 mode of notification
9.1.1 Mitra Video may send a notification to the user by in-application notification, e-mail, SMS or other reasonable means and the notification shall be deemed to have been effectively served as of the date of dispatch.
9.2 amendments to the ordinance
9.2.1 Mitra Video has the right to update these regulations in the light of business developments or changes in laws and regulations. The updated regulations will be notified to users within the application or by other means and will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
